This Friday, February 5th from 710pm at SpaceCamp (16 West North Avenue) is the opening of Objects of Construction. Opening in tandem with with Station North’s February ALLOVERSTREET, the exhibition runs for the duration of the month and features sculptural work by seven local artists: Khadija Adell, Tiffany Black, Katie Duffy, Annie Farrar, Magali Herbert-Hout, Hermonie Only, and April Wood, and is curated by Allison Gulick.

ALLOVERSTREET TURNS 2 YRS OLD

Alloverstreet is a night of simultaneous art openings and events spanning the many art spaces of East Oliver Street in the Station North Arts and Entertainment District. Celebrate Alloverstreet’s two year birthday on Friday, December 4th with openings from 7-10pm. **Many arts spaces and individuals involved in this special event will be creating artistic responses to the recent violent offense that occurred at the Copycat building that audience members will be able to participate in.** We will be kicking off the night at the Station North Tool Library with a big celebration, happy hour, cookies, a raffle and more! This rad kick off will be from 5-8PM, make sure to stop by so you can get all the info and snacks you need to make it through the rest of the events. And join us for the best birthday party you will ever go to at the amazing Station North Arts Cafe from 9PM-12AM, featuring sets by Amy Reid, Greydolf and more. Breakfast will be served. The gallery is located at 823 East Baltimore Street (Doors A&B). The Incredible Little Art Gallery strives to be the youngest African-American-Owned Art Gallery in Baltimore. The gallery will provide opportunities for aspiring painters, sculptors, photographers, etc. The criteria for such opportunities are based on participant’s talent, artistic individuality and level of discipline. The Incredible Creation founder, Milly Vanderwood, believes that artists from all mediums should be able to display their talents, regardless of traditional standards of the “art spectrum”.
