Call for artists! With the forthcoming Urban Youth Academy at the Marian Anderson Recreation Center, the City of Philadelphia’s Percent for Art Program has commissioned a site-specific artwork for the location as part of a $1.1 million facility expansion of the South Philadelphia recreation center.
