The Utah Public Art Program, in partnership with Snow College Science Center in Ephraim, Utah, has issued a call for artist’s qualifications and a letter of interest from artists / artist teams interested in working with Snow College and the Public Art Program to create an integrated science inspired public art commission for their new facility.
The Selection Committee will be reviewing applicant artist’s past work then inviting 3 to 4 finalist to talk with the Committee about their vision for the project and how they might work with the team.
The budget is $126,000. The deadline to submit materials is December 7, 2015 This project is open to resident American and legal resident artists. The full RFQ is here. Apply here.
As a reminder, the Public Art Program has another project for Human Services, Developmental Center with a budget of $42,000. The deadline for this project is November 30, 2015 (not 2016.)
