Attention Artists! University of Maryland Baltimore County ( UMBC) has issued an RFQ (Request for Qualifications) for an original, site-specific artwork that enhances and compliments the newly constructed Performing Arts & Humanities Building.

The project budget is $397,000 and the deadline to submit an RFQ is December 19, 2013.
