It’s the final weekend of Art in August! The month-long celebration of art experiences concludes with the final Artist Pop-Up Exhibition, the B2020 Virtual Exhibition and Saturday NightVirtual DJ. Plus, the Artscape Online Artists’ Market, is still open 24 hours a day until Sunday, August 30, 2020. Stop by the market to shop art, meet the artists, and support the creative community.
The Artscape Online Artists’ Market features an online directory of 75 artists showcasing, promoting and selling their artistry.
The Artists’ Market is open for business 24 hours a day. Participating artists (selected by a jury of professionals in the fields of craft, fine art, fashion and photography) range in mediums from painting, to jewelry, to woodwork and much more. Don’t miss your chance to shop before the market closes on Sunday, August 30!

“B2020” is an art exhibition presenting the best of emerging talent based and creating in Baltimore City. The theme is a presentation of Black, Male and Body. “B2020” honors the 1994 landmark exhibition “Black Male” at the Whitney Museum of American Art curated by Thelma Golden. Whether painting, mixed media, video or photography, “B2020” delivers curated voices in tune with Black Lives Matter.
The virtual exhibition is open now and has been extended until Saturday, October 31, 2020.
The Artist Pop-Up Exhibitions are series of outdoor galleries providing the opportunity for artists to show their work, expand their network, and generate sales while offering a safe and socially distanced gallery experience outdoors.
The exhibitions have taken place each Sunday in August at 1706 N. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD, 21201 from 1PM to 3PM, in collaboration with Hot Sauce Artist Collective.
BOPA thanks Theatre Parking, Inc. for partnering to temporarily transform the parking lot into an outdoor art space with the Artist Pop-Up Exhibitions on Sundays.
